About

Enrapt is a business development and advisory practice for companies selling into music, entertainment, technology and live events.

Enrapt is my practice. You work with me directly, from the first call to the signed paper.

Who it's for

Founders and CEOs of music-tech platforms, live event and festival companies, labels and rights businesses, entertainment technology and AI companies, and brands moving into culture. Usually that means a company with a product worth buying that needs the right rooms to sell it in.

Three ways to work together

  • Business development, retained monthly. I build the target list, open the rooms, run the CRM and the follow-up, and work the deal until money moves.
  • CEO advisory. A standing conversation, from as little as an hour a week, aimed at the decisions that actually move the business.
  • Interim event and festival leadership. Operational ownership of a festival or large live event: production, talent, budget, permits, sponsors.

How it starts

Usually with revenue: who should be buying, and how to get in front of them. It rarely stays there. CEOs end up bringing me everything else on their desk. I'm a trusted executive outside your organization who follows the story week over week, and I advise from three decades of lived experience. I've been a founder, and I've been in the room for some very large deals.

For one immersive technology studio, I spoke with the CEO every week for fifteen months: on strategy, on positioning the company for a $4M investment, and through to its acquisition by a publicly traded company.

Based in Los Angeles. I'll get on a plane when the work needs it.
